“There were at least national chain hotels in this area. All had a "good" rating, so I wasn't expecting a pristine property. This was an older property with worn rugs in the hall and a strong smoky fragrance throughout. The beds were firm and adequate. Breakfast was a decent offering with eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, and waffle maker. Had an outdoor pool that we did not use.”

“It was a decent place to stay. The room next to the laundry smelled a little musty. we asked for another room and was gladly given one”

“It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything.”

“Great bed and breakfast in the beautiful small town of Quincy. Bek was a wonderful and accommodating host. Was there for parents weekend at FSU and it was a reasonable distance from Tallahassee. The surrounding neighborhood has some beautiful homes and mature oak trees that were impressive.”

“We enjoyed the gentleman quarters, full of baseball memorabilia. Sitting outside on the porch was very enjoyable. Richard is very friendly and easy to reach. We were very pleased with our stay.”

“Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.”

“---We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and organized, and the owners were responsive. We had snacks, and the refrigerator was stocked with a nice variety of food and drinks. The owners even left bottles of wine for our enjoyment — he is a winemaker! It's about a 30-minute drive from Florida State University, but absolutely worth the drive. Towels and small toiletries were provided, and everything we needed was there. We would love to stay here again!”

“The stay was amazing. Fully furnished home with a Parish Decir feel. So clean, cozy , and comfortable ”

“Rented for FSU Graduation weekend. Convenient to Tally without the chaos of the city. What an incredible home - thoughtfully and abundantly appointed, rehabbed historical home done extremely well. Quiet and safe neighborhood and town - enjoyed walking to explore downtown and all the historical homes. Comfortable beds, loved that there were two separate living areas so that both sets of adults could wake on their own schedule without disturbing each other. Just a perfect rental that we hope to...
